The first thing I did after starting this was to strip out all the css leaving it an ugly husk – the thinking being that its lack of beauty would force me to learn how to better it. Well, it was so hideous that I couldn’t stand to look at it, so onward to plan B. I still plan to use this as a means of tracking my progress, but I’m going to make the sausage off site.
